Go to login.wvu.edu and click on Claim Account. Enter your name, date of birth and the WVU ID provided on your acceptance letter. You will then receive the information needed to access the Portal.
Select the STAR tab from portal.wvu.edu and enter your Login credentials. Once in STAR, click STAR Information System Login if you aren't taken directly to your STAR account. If the system prompts you to enter your Login credentials, enter them. Once you see the main menu, click Parent/Guest Portal at the bottom of the page.
