What is a Parent Portal account?

Students are able to establish Parent Portal accounts for individuals and grant access to the students financial account, financial aid award and/or final grades. Access is authorized by the student for each portal account holder.

How to link my child's account to my new parent account?

Link your children's accounts to your new parent account by entering the student's first name, their Access ID, Access Password, and your relationship to the student. Access ID's and Password can be found in the letter that was sent home when your child registered for school. What is power school?

PowerSchool is the student information system that Columbia Public Schools uses to manage information such as grades, attendance, demographics, courses, etc. PowerSchool is web-based so information can easily, but safely, be shared with parents and students.
