How do I create a parent portal with I-Care?

If your child was in i-CARE last year, you will select “Existing Customers Sign Up”, then follow the directions for creating a Parent Portal using your i-CARE Account Number (found on your statement) and the email associated with your i-CARE account.

Is I-Care the same as school?

Because i-CARE is an optional program that is outside of the regular school day, the level of services available are not the same as during school. Please remember to enroll for each new school year.

Can I-Care be delinquent?

If your child/children are currently enrolled in i-CARE, your account can NOT be delinquent. Any delinquent account will require payment before child/children can be enrolled. Breakfast, lunch, snack, and exciting STEM activities are provided. Transportation is NOT provided to and from i-CARE during break care.

Does I-CARE discriminate against disabled children?

In accordance with BCSC Policy 2260, i-CARE does not discriminate on the basis of any Protected Class, including disability. If you have a child with a disability or medical condition requiring additional services, we encourage you to contact the school's i-CARE site coordinator to discuss the services available at that site.
