Welcome to the Indian River Central School District SchoolTool Parent Portal. The parents and legal guardians of our students are allowed to join the IRCSD SchoolTool Parent Portal after registering with our district and signing and returning the Parent Portal Acceptable Use Policy.
The SchoolTool Parent Portal provides secure access for parents and guardians to view their child’s contact, attendance, discipline and grade information as it is stored in our system. Students in grades 6-12 also have access to the Portal using their school network email and password.

The new service allows schools to send parents and caregivers important informational text messages about events, school closings, safety alerts, and more, directly to their mobile devices.
For those who need or prefer to receive school and district communications in a language other than English, SchoolMessenger will send automated translations using Google Translate, based on the preferred language of each contact that receives mail. If you need to add or change the language in which you receive our communications, please contact your child's school.

The SchoolTool mobile application is available from the App Store and Google Play Store. The app allows parents/guardians to get assignments, grades and attendance information for all of their children instantly in one view. Users will able to receive push notifications when teachers submit assignment grades. Students Grades 6-12 also have access to the Mobile app from their smartphone.
If you have forgotten your password, you can receive a temporary password as follows: Enter your username and ANY password that you know to be wrong and hit “Enter.”. You should then be taken to a page confirms the incorrect password and that will offer you the chance to reset the password.
Users should be aware that logging out of SchoolTool does not automatically log them out of their Google account; users should manually log out of their Google accounts after logging out of SchoolTool when accessing SchoolTool on a shared or public machine. A parent will be presented with a screen containing three tabs: Students: A listing of all students that "belong" to the logged-in parent. A parent may have the right to click on a student's select button, to see all of the students details. Campus: A parent will see general campus information.
To change a local password, simply click on the Account sub tab, enter the existing password, then the new desired password (twice).
