IDVA's enrollment for the 2021–2022 school year shall not exceed 4,600 students in grades K–12. This cap is an estimate based on preliminary support unit calculations for the 2021–2022 school year. Idaho code 33-5208 (1) caps the maximum growth for charter schools at 30 support units over the previous year’s support units. If student numbers fall such that the school may reach the statutory cap before 4,600 students are enrolled, the school will be considered to have reached the 2021–2022 cap and will follow IDVA Board Policy 902.5.
