Office of the Bursar: Enrollment Bulletin: Indiana University Bloomington Office of the Bursar Students with questions about payment of fees should refer to the Financial Information section for specific amounts or contact Student Central through their Contact Form or by telephone at (812) 855-6500.
You can access your bill online through One.IU. You can also give your parents or another third party access to your student account. Choose “Statements.” Choose the PDF for the bill that you want to view. Enter your student’s university ID number and your own username and password and then choose “Submit.” Choose “Bursar Balances and Bills.”
Access and understand your bill, find due dates, or appeal a charge. Pay your student account online, by mail, or in person. Use the Tuition Estimator to find out your cost of attending IU, including tuition, mandatory, and program fees.
Visit us. Explore IU in person or through a virtual visit. This is where your journey begins. You’ll discover opportunities beyond your wildest dreams and find inspiration at every breathtaking turn. See for yourself—there’s nothing like IU. IU is full of opportunities and resources to help you thrive.
Besides students, others can make payments on a student's bursar bill only after the student has granted that person third-party access.
If your account is in good standing, you can pay at least the deferment amount noted on your billing statement each month, rather than the full amount due.
You’re responsible for paying tuition, fees, and all other charges by the due date on your bill. We’ll email you when you have a bill to review. Make sure you’re checking your IU email account —that’s where we’ll send your billing notices and other official communications.
Each month, we’ll create an electronic bill that shows new activity and the amount that’s due by the due date. (Want to see activity that’s occurred since your most recent bill? Choose the “Statements” tab. Any activity since your last statement will be listed first.)
