What is Infinite Campus Parent Portal?
The North Smithfield School Department student information system, Infinite Campus, provides a superior parent communication experience through its online Parent Portal. Parent Portal is a secure and responsive web site that you can use to track your child’s progress in school.
How do I contact Infinite Campus support?
If you are having trouble with infinite campus (log in issues, missing information, etc.) please choose one of the options below for support. How do I log into the campus portal?
Launch the Campus App, select Settings, choose “Sioux City Community School District” for the district, and “Iowa” for the state. Enter your Campus Portal Username and Password.

Our student information system, Infinite Campus has rolled out an exciting application for iOS and Android systems. Students and parents/guardians can download the Infinite Campus Mobile App to their Android, iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. The app will provide a quick way to view assignments, attendance, grades and schedules.
How to login to infinite campus?
On the right side of the page, click on Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Click on “Log in” and then click on “Campus Parent”. From that screen, you can enter your username and password to login or click the links to access more information. Visit the login screen.

What to do if you are missing a child in infinite campus?
If you are missing one or more of your children, it is likely that the portal access option was not checked in Infinite Campus. Please contact our Central Registration Office at (518) 785‐8591, ext. 3130 and we will be able to help you. Additional information about our Central Registration Office can be found at https://www.northcolonie.org/about-us/student-registration/. Please understand that there are situations that may prevent us from being able to give a person portal access right away.
How to change contact information on parent portal?
The email address will be linked to the person to whom the account belongs. Login to the Parent Portal, Click <More> in the main menu and then select <Family Information>. Click the <Update> button to add or revise contact information for household members. Click the <Update> button again to submit the requested changes. Please allow 48 hours for changes to take place. NOTE: student phone numbers and email addresses will not accepted.
How to access parent portal?

How to get a portal account for my child?
Once you are registered, you will receive your activation key in the mail at your home address or via email if that was provided on the form.

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter to you as the new principal of North Middle School. I have been a part of the school's community for over four years as the assistant principal having previously served as a social studies teacher and assistant principal in another Kentucky school district.
What is the Infinite Campus app?
Our student information system, Infinite Campus has rolled out an exciting application for iOS and Android systems. Students and parents/guardians can download the Infinite Campus Mobile App to their Android, iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. The app will provide a quick way to view assignments, attendance, grades and schedules. Push notifications can be activated so the user can receive messages anytime there is a change in grades, assignments, and attendance. Please note that parents/guardians will need a Parent Portal account to use the Infinite Campus Mobile Portal Application (User Name and Password are the same for both).
What does parent portal do?
In addition, schools post important information on the home page, such as events, notices, etc. The Parent Portal allows report cards to be viewed online and printed.
Is NSSD parent portal only for parents?
Due to FERPA regulations, it is our number one priority to maintain confidentiality of student data. NSSD Parent Portal accounts are distributed to parents (biological/adoptive) and legal guardians only.
How do parents get a portal account for SCCSD?
Parents of current SCCSD students without portal accounts should contact their student’s school building to have a portal account created for them.
Do parents have to have their own account?
All parents are strongly encouraged to setup their own account. Only a parent account has the privilege to update household information as well as the ability to view all children in a household from a single place. Parents also have the added benefit of receiving district and school wide announcements.
