What are my WisePay username and password?
Your username is the email address registered with the School. If you do not know which email address this is please contact trips@bishopwordsworths.org.uk for your login details.
What is wisepay?
WisePay is our secure portal for making card payments for school trips and activities, workbooks and cashless catering top-ups.
Do you need a password to use WisePay?
If you already know your WisePay password you can skip this step but if you have only ever accessed WisePay using Single Sign On from Insight , you will need to set up a WisePay password.
Can you skip the WisePay login?
If you already know your WisePay username and password you can skip this step otherwise please contact trips@bws.wilts.sch.uk for your login details.
Is my Insight password the same as my password?
Your password is not the same as your Insight password. If you have not logged in to Wisepay from your browser before you will first need to click here and follow the instructions to setup a password. Please use the email address registered with the Insight portal.
