As one of the nation’s leading organizations for gifted and talented youth, Institute for Educational Advancement (IEA) is dedicated to the whole child, supporting gifted children ages 2-18.

How can the Institute help professionals grow and advance?

Through engaging, online modules and a personalized learning map feature, professionals take charge of their growth and advancement. All Institute modules and the career compass are based on the National Core Competency Framework. Supervisor modules are based on the National Supervisor Competency Framework .

What is eded advancement?

Ed Advancement solutions and resources will increase enrollment, graduation rates and student outcomes that will strengthen HBCUs and create greater equity and economic benefits for their students. We partner with organizations that share our commitment to improve equity in education and facilitate social mobility.

What is IEA Academy?

IEA Academy provides students in Kindergarten through 8 th grade with advanced enrichment classes that promote exploration and application of knowledge. Courses provide compelling content and appropriate challenges taught at a flexible pace with small classes by highly qualified, dedicated professionals.

Is the IEA Academy open for summer 2021?

IEA Academy is excited to announce that the Learning Center is reopening for smaller in-person instruction for the Summer 2021 session. In addition, we will continue to offer a full session of online courses.
