Why should I join the parent portal program?

We are inviting you, as parents, to join the Thousand Islands School District Parent Portal program. By joining this program, you will have instant, online, timely, and secure access to school information about any of your children who attend Thousand Islands School District.

What is Island School?

“Island School is not just a school but – put in a trendier term – an “incubator” for many of us, where students are constantly inspired, challenged and motivated by many great teachers and by each other.

How do I login to the parent portal (SchoolTool)?

Once a user has logged in for the first time, and changed his/her password, the user simply needs to navigate back to the Parent Portal (SchoolTool) web page, enter their username and password, and click on the Login button. Students: A listing of all students that "belong" to the logged-in parent.

Island Dance Company (IDC)

Island School of Performing Arts is proud to host the Island Dance Company, which is a performance team. Our performance company dancers are very talented and train hard with extra classes, workshops and training from many professionals nationally.

Private Lessons

Private Lessons are available ISPA students and others. Private lessons are an option to advance your skills and techniques by a professional dancer. We offer private lessons in all genres of dance including dance team prep, dance company auditions and individual auditions. We provide private lessons for individuals as well as small groups.

APPROVED APPS LIST

Students have access to many valuable online digital resources. At the time of review, the following list of resources met district criteria deeming them curricularly aligned and safe for student use. Vendors may change their Terms of Service and Privacy Policies; therefore, approval statuses are subject to change.

At-Home COVID-19 Test Distribution

The District has received a new allotment of at-home COVID-19 test kits from the Governor’s office. Test kits will now be made available for pick-up Monday – Friday, without an appointment, when school is in session.
