Welcome Families!

We are delighted to welcome you to the IUPUI Jaguar Family! The years of your student’s college career will be rewarding, challenging, and memorable. As parents, family members, and supporters we realize you will walk alongside them during these years that will change their lives.

Quarantine and isolation resources

Whether your student is living on or off campus, we’ve created guides that outline a variety of processes related to testing, quarantine, and isolation. You and your student can also learn more about local and on-campus resources.

Login issues

If you are having trouble logging into the third-party account a student created for you:

Web browser issues

If you receive an error message when your web browser is trying to load the 3rd Party User Login screens, clear your browser's cache and cookies, and then try again. For help, see Clear your web browser's cache, cookies, and history.

Get help

If you still are unable to access your third-party account after following the troubleshooting tips above, ask the student who created your account to contact the campus Support Center for help.

Authorized third-party individuals

Besides students, others can make payments on a student's bursar bill only after the student has granted that person third-party access.

Payment options at each campus (including monthly)

If your account is in good standing, you can pay at least the deferment amount noted on your billing statement each month, rather than the full amount due.
