How do I sign up for the JCU gateway?

Your JCU Gateway is where you will sign up for New Student Orientation (opens on March 1 for incoming first-year students), complete the housing application (opens March 1 for incoming first-year students), and finalize your financial aid.

How do I add an authorized user to the billing portal?

Access your billing portal through the link above or by going to your Student Profile. Click on Authorized User and add the email address of your authorized user. Counseling Center

The Center provides as many clinical services to our students as possible in a safe and responsible manner. All currently enrolled students are able to make an initial appointment to meet with one of our counselors and discuss their concerns.
