Trenton Public Schools recognizes that while our primary responsibility as a school district is to provide quality education , it is impossible to dismiss that the students and families we serve may be facing challenging situations that require additional support. We acknowledge that these difficult situations impact our students’ ability to perform in the classroom, our families’ ability to fully engage in the educational process, and cause overall social and emotional stress. In an effort to bridge the gap of needs with services, the information listed in this guide is an attempt to provide support and resources our students, staff, and families can look to. This resource guide is in no way meant to be an all inclusive list and does not include every service available in our area; however it is an attempt to outline local resources as well as national hotlines that can provide support for a wide range of needs. Trenton Public Schools is not recommending any specific provider but instead is providing a variety of potential resources and services.
