Students should allow one week to receive confirmation of their exemption or full vaccination status and should continue to monitor their JWU email.
That student's JWU ID card will be deactivated for access to campus buildings and facilities until they satisfy the requirement; they will be charged with a conduct violation and assessed a fine, ranging from $50-$150 per offense.
The student's final vaccine dose should be administered prior to August 19, 2021. Students must upload their vaccine information using the university’s Medicat Student Patient Portal. To do so, visit: jwu.medicatconnect.com.
The university continues to encourage its campus community to complete the daily COVID questionnaire on the JWU app; should this change, it will be communicated.
The health, safety and well-being of our students, faculty, staff and community are the university’s number-one priority.
