How do I register for C&K's parent portal?

If your child is enrolled at a C&K branch service and you have given C&K your email address, you should receive an email invitation to register for C&K's Parent Portal. Please contact your centre if you need this email invitation to be re-sent to you.

K&K’s Parent & Tot classes are designed to progress your child from having very little water experience to independently swimming as a toddler.

How long is a K&K pool lesson?

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, these lessons are taught in a 30-minute, one-on-one setting with a K&K instructor, in a shared pool space.

K&K Lesson TypeS

Lessons Run once a week for 30 minutes. Each week your location and time remain consistent. Our curriculum is research-based, and built on the best industry standards. K&K lessons focus on building a genuine love and respect for the water while overcoming any fears associated.

What to expect in your lessons

From ages 5 - 24 months, K&K’s Parent & Tot program is designed to progress your child from having very little water experience to independently swimming as a toddler

Step 1: Create a Customer Portal Account

Make sure you accept all required policies. We also highly recommend subscribing to emails to stay up to date with K&K Swim School news, changes and registration information.

Step 2: Add Swimmers to the account

We teach swimmers from 5 months all the way to adult seniors. If you are the swimmer, please add yourself under that section.

Step 2: Select 1 Swimmer

Even if you are enrolling multiple swimmers, you must only select one swimmer at a time. Select See Classes.

Step 3: Select your filter

You can filter by program, day, instructor or openings. Note: The more filters selected limits the number of options.

Step 4: Choose a Class

Once you find a class that works for you, click on it and select Enroll Now! Then click Add to Cart.

Follow Steps 1-4 above

Once you have added the first class to your cart, you can then proceed to add additional swimmers.

Step 5: Select Add Enrollment

Select the additional swimmer you would like to enroll. Then continue the same process until all swimmers are enrolled. Note: Classes remain in your cart for 10 minutes, so please be sure to check out within that time limit.
