How do I log in to the Kent School portal?

Log in to the Kent School Portal here. Kent alumni, please visit the Alumni portion of the website. Enter username associated with account. Enter the password that accompanies your e-mail.

Are You a member of the Kent Parents Association?

All parents are considered members of the Kent Parents Association. From there, you are invited to become as involved in the School as you wish or are able. There are opportunities to help with your child’s team, host a social gathering, welcome new families or assist with our opening days and special events, like Fall Parents Weekend.

What Club do you Belong to at Kent College?

Another may belong to the Space Club & the Hip Hop club. Students are taught to commit themselves entirely to the pursuit of self-discovery, through immersion in myriad educational and enriching experiences. At Kent, students learn to embrace everything & accomplish anything.

Fall

Parents of new applicants should indicate that they intend to apply for financial aid on the Parent Form of the Application for Admission.

By February 1

Note: All supporting application documents must be submitted to SSS to attach to the Parent Financial Statement; nothing comes directly to Kent School

By April 15

ALL NEW U.S. APPLICANTS / FILERS must submit signed copies of 2021 federal tax return (s) (1040, 1040A or 1040EZ) including all W-2s, 1099s and major schedules, to SSS. Submission of corresponding K-1s, forms 1065 or 1120s along with the schedule E is required for all who have an ownership interest in a partnership or corporation.

Notification Dates for New Students

March 10: Financial Aid decisions are posted on the enrollment portal for families of new applicants April 10: Signed enrollment agreements and deposits are due for newly enrolled students

When did Kentfield move to Aeries?

Kentfield migrated from PowerSchool to the Aeries Student Information System over the summer of 2018. As we continue to implement new features to improve our systems, we welcome constructive criticism and feedback.

Is Aeries Family Portal the same as Aeries Enrollment Portal?

The Aeries Family Portal is completely different from the Aeries Enrollment Portal that you may have used to register your student; login information is not the same. Once your student is registered, you will receive an email from the District with the email address and password you'll use to access the Aeries Family Portal.
