Built by Kent State, for Kent State. The FlashLine portal acts as a central hub for the entire university online community by: A Student Dashboard that includes grades, GPA, account balances, and class schedules, as well as major-specific career resources.

What is the Flashline parental approval system?

This allows students to safeguard their own FlashLine username and password and meet requests from family members for access. Using this system, students can identify a parent or guardian who can then provide approval for his or her student to complete the Kent State housing application.

How to get a parent approval for a minor?

Under Housing Application Permission, select “Parental Approval for Minors.”. Read over the information, select the appropriate term, and click “Submit” if you agree.

Can parents sign into KSUview?

Students who have previously signed in to KSUview should sign in and confirm their parent or guardian has authorization for the Parental Approval for Minors section. Parents with access to KSUview can sign into KSUview and confirm they are able to provide permission to begin the housing application.

Is Kent School a parent association?

Parents find that the more involved they are, the deeper the shared experience with their children. All parents are considered members of the Kent Parents Association.

Is Kent boarding school boarding?

Indeed, to be a Kent parent is to join a close-knit community, one which you are encouraged, like your children, to enjoy to the fullest. Although Kent is a boarding school, that does not mean that parents have limited involvement in their children’s lives.
