Central Registration is located at the Central Mountain High School Campus. All K-12 students will enroll through Central Registration to make it an easy, one-stop process for you and your family.
All students seeking first time enrollment in a KCSD school will receive a home language survey in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights.

Volunteers must renew their clearances every 60 months (5 years). The Keystone Oaks School District values the thousands of hours that parents and other members of the community volunteer at sporting events, on field trips and in the classroom.
All volunteers with the Keystone Oaks School District must have current copies of the following clearances and required paperwork on file in the personnel office: 1 State Police Clearance, 2 Child Abuse Clearance 3 FBI Clearance OR signed and notarized Volunteer Clearance Exception Disclosure Statement) on file in the District’s Personnel Office.
If you see attendance information from other periods, it means that the teacher is using PowerSchool to track class attendance. Please contact the teacher if you have any questions about the attendance listed for his/her class.
Keystone Oaks offers secure parent access to your high school and/or middle school student's current grades and attendance via the Internet. A personal login and password have been issued to each Keystone Oaks middle school and high school student.
