ParentsWeb from FACTS is a private and secure parents' portal that will allow parents to view academic information specific to their children, while protecting their children's information from others. You may view your child's grades, attendance, homework and conduct as well as other useful school information.
To add a new contact, select Options > Add. The New Student Contact page appears. In the Selection Type pop-up, indicate whether Aspen should display Related Contacts, All People or All Contacts. Make your selection, and then click OK.

How using Kickboard improves Family Engagement: 1 Engage parents by sending and receiving messages through the Kickboard app. 2 Communicate to parents with real-time behavior information throughout the school day. 3 Save teachers time by having transparency into school-wide student behaviors to share with families. 4 Secure account linking between Kickboard and Amazon Alexa.
Family members can use the Amazon Alexa app on their smartphone or an Amazon Alexa device (e.g. Amazon Echo) to receive real-time student behavior information by voice. Just ask, “Alexa, are there any updates from school?”
To print an instruction letter for a single student, go to Students > Roster to find the student's name in the roster. For instructions on how to search and filter the student roster, click here .
By going to Students > Roster, you can print access letters for an entire group or a grade level. For instructions on how to search and filter the student roster, click here . Once the list of students is filtered to the group (s) you want, at the top of the roster click Print then select Portal Access Instructions.
Administrators can also print portal access letters for the entire school sorted by default group by going to Settings > Site and School Settings > Family Portal. Confirm all default groups you want are selected, then click Print Access Codes. You will be brought to a page with a sample letter where you can edit the letter's text then print.
