What is Kid's Castle?

The learning that occurs here at Kid’s Castle involves caring, educated and experienced teachers and staff members modeling appropriate skills, concepts and behaviors through intentional planning, observation and evaluation using play-based learning centers . It is during that time that children can be observed in their natural learning state and authentic assessment can be made.

What is Kid's Castle curriculum?

Kid’s Castle’s curriculum is aligned with Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards. Our teachers set developmental goals, make observations and complete evaluations for each individual child. Portfolios are used to showcase each child’s abilities and strengths. These are kept in the child’s classroom and shared with parents during parent/teacher conferences in November and May.
