The new date for Knox County students to tentatively return to school is Monday, April 20, 2020. On the conference call was Interim Commissioner of Education Kevin Brown who shared that Kentucky will be submitting a waiver to the U.S. Department of Education to waive state accountability requirements for the school year.

NTI Remote Learning Assignments for the final four days of school, May 11-14, are now posted online. Assignments may be returned on Tuesday from 11am until 1pm during meal pickup. Assignments may be returned on Friday from 11am until 1pm during meal pickup. On Friday we will also offer meal delivery via bus beginning at 12 noon.
You may give completed assignments to the bus running in your area. Middle and high school assignments will be accepted. All assignments need to include the student’s name, teacher’s name, and school name.
