If you are an online student, your parent will receive your login information via email within 3 business days prior to the start of the online school year. If you are a self-paced student, your parent will receive student login information via email on or before the “approximate school start date” listed on the your Kolbe Academy enrollment form.

A grade report is a sampling of the student’s work sent to the advisors by the parent, along with a report card of grades. An advisor reviews the work, verifies the grades assigned, makes comments, and sends a report to the parents. Grades are verified by sending work samples. Please see “Reporting Grades to Kolbe Academy” in the Parent Handbook for more details.
When registering for the PSAT, Kolbe suggests using the homeschool code so that student’s will be put in the running for the National Merit Scholarship program through their own state instead of through California where Kolbe is based.

Online and self-paced students receive login information for mykolbe.org and kolbe.schoology.com via a welcome email sent to the parent’s email address on file with Kolbe. These accounts are linked by a protocol called Single Sign-On (SSO).
Request a MyKolbe password reset by submitting a tech support ticket or emailing techsupport@kolbe.org.
Before requesting a password reset, see if you can successfully log in to your Schoology Student account at the URL kolbe.schoology.com (NOT app.schoology.com).
Registered families who desire verification of grades and coursework for official grade records or transcripts must submit a grade report consisting of a portfolio of student sample work with recommended grades each quarter for students in grades K-5 and each semester for students in grades 6-12.
Kolbe recommends filing reports quarterly for grades K-5 and at the end of each semester for grades 6-12. The portfolio of student sample work should include a minimum of one graded sample per subject per quarter in grades K-5 and two graded samples per subject per semester in grades 6-12.
