How does the Kutztown Area School District manage student academic data?

The Kutztown Area School District manages student academic data via a student information system called PowerSchool. PowerSchool is a web-based system that allows the district to administer a wide range of information which includes grade, attendance, course, assignment, and demographic data.

What is a payment dashboard?

The Payment Dashboard is the hub of all payments, bill/statements and payment plans.

We have two different methods to pay online through MyKU and one international payment method online

Does KU accept payments?

We accept a wide variety of payments at KU. We offer a payment plan and work closely with Financial Aid Services on campus. Below find our online payment options, office payment options and how to make a payment.

Does Kutztown University accept foreign direct wires?

This payment option is only for foreign payments. Kutztown University is unable to receive any foreign direct wires.

End of Year Weather Make-up Days

Due to the weather related school closures on January 7, January 20, and February 4, the Kutztown Area School District will be open for make up days on May 27, May 31, and June 1. These last three days will be be early dismissal days.

Free Covid Tests

Every home in the U.S. is eligible to order 4 free at-home Covid-19 tests. The tests are completely free. Orders will usually ship in 7-12 days. You may order them now, so you have them when you need them. Click link above to order.

2022-2025 Comprehensive Plan

NOTICE is given that the Comprehensive Plan of the Kutztown Area School District for years 2022-2025 in its most recent form is available for public inspection on the District website and at KASD building offices, the Kutztown Library, and borough/township offices through November 14, 2021.

Free Books for Children Ages 0-5 through the Kutztown Area School District Imagination Library

Through the generous support of the Kutztown Area School District Education Foundation, all children living in the district and enrolled in the program will receive one new book each month mailed to their residence from birth until the child's fifth birthday.
