Every student at LCSC receives their own technology device, allowing students to explore learning independence while collaborating with classmates and teachers. LCSC is proud to offer a Spanish DLI program that teaches students to think, read, write, and communicate in two languages.
As part of our continued effort to provide parents and guardians with information about their student's progress, Lynchburg City Schools uses an online parent portal called Infinite Campus. Infinite Campus is a single source for parents to track student data including contact information, schedules, attendance, grades, and notifications.
The program is made available through the N.C. Department of Public Instruction. The Parent Portal component of PowerSchool is a convenient Internet-based program that makes it easy for parents to monitor and track their child’s academic progress. Parents will have access to attendance, schedules, grades and other important information.
*If you have previously used the Parent Portal, you will use the same username and password from previous years. *Kindergarten parents will receive a letter from their student's school that indicates the necessary information for initial login. This letter will be sent home once the Parent Portal is back online.
