To create your new family portal account: 1 Enter the email address that received the email with instructions and enter MAC-FL 2 You will receive an email from SIS Customer Support with a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes, the link will remain live for six hours. 3 Click on the link you receive. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provide or create a new one. Then type your desired password into the Password Field and Confirm Field. 4 Close the window. 5 Log into the FACTS Family portal using the first two steps above.

A: Apple's terms of use only allows Apple IDs for people 13 years of age or older. To allow the use of iPads in the classrooms, Apple has created the Students Apple ID program. more details can be found here: https://www.maclay.org/Page/4211
Beiginning in 6th grade, students are required to have a laptop computer to use at school.
A: Maclay is carefully evaluating how technology and computing resources are best integrated into the curriculum are each level.
A: The use of tablet devices enable students to have one to one access to computing and on-line resources. Our faculty has found the iPad fits these needs in the grade levels they will be used.
Hard Disk Drives (or HDDs): For magnetic hard drives, the speed of the drive, measured in RPM, indicates the performance of the drive. Generally speaking, a higher RPM means higher performance.
Here are examples for a strong password: Mix of letters (upper and lower), numbers and symbols. AND longer than 7 characters – longer is better: 6 character password could take 1 second to crack.
When it comes to choosing a processor, keep in mind that a higher number generally indicates better performance . Depending on the number of cores within each processor, you can get more multitasking capability, extra speed or advanced media capability.

First-time users of the Athletic Clearance site will need to create your child's PROFILE which includes their name, address, email, phone, and date of birth along with parent contact information. What is New Student Orientation? This meeting is to meet with the Administrators and get a review of the activities, procedures, and provide you with other information. Ambassadors will be on hand to answer questions and show students where their classes are located. Parking passes will also be distributed and staff will be on hand to help.
Pick up is at 2:45pm in the front of the Lower School. Please stay in your car and use the pickup and drop-off lines. Middle School drop-off is 7:45am-8:10am.
