Located in Phoenix, Arizona and founded in 1890, Madison School Elementary District has grown to eight schools with an enrollment of nearly 6,000 students in grades preschool through eighth. Pending the result of successful contract negotiations, the Board is expected to officially approve Dr. Guerin as the next Superintendent effective July 1, 2022. The Madison School District Board worked diligently on this process and considered feedback from all stakeholders.
The After/Before School Program stresses recreation and socialization.
Passes may be purchased at the Recreation Department, through the mail or online. Hours will be marked off as they are used. The passes are left on the site with the staff.
Early Dismissal Days are days that are scheduled in advance on the school calendar (not due to inclement weather or emergencies) After School starts as soon as dismissed and runs until 6:00 pm.
To enroll your child (ren) in the Beach and Recreation Department After/Before School Program, please complete all appropriate sections of this enrollment application. We will review it upon receipt and register your child (ren) unless there is necessary information missing.
