Answer is required. Your ASCENDER ParentPortal account has been created. New Students: If you are new to the district and wish to enroll a student, click Create Account. Returning Students: Log on and complete the Returning Student Enrollment process.

About Marie Parent, BSN, MSN, FNP-C, RN

Marie-Andree Parent is a board-certfied Family Nurse Practitioner who joined the LifeStance Health group in December 2016. Marie-Andree treats teenagers and adults up to age 65. Marie believes in treating patients with compassion and empowering them.

Education & Certifications

Marie works in both Roswell and Kennestone locations. Marie earned her Master's in Nursing from Walden University, Minneapolis, MN in 2015, and her Bachelors in Nursing from Adelphi University. Garden City, NY in 2006; graduated Cum Laude.

Who is Marie Parent?

Marie Parent moved back from Scotland to Canada in 1990 to be closer to her estranged father. Her parents met during World War II. Marie, a mother-of-four, ran a bed and breakfast by the sea in Scotland before her move. The Louise Ellis case piqued Marie’s interest, and while training to become a private investigator, she saw Brett on the news.

Where is Marie Parent Now?

Marie’s testimony was crucial to send Brett behind bars. For her efforts, the authorities awarded Marie about $4600, but Marie said, “It felt like a slap in the face after all I’d done.” In an interview with CBC, Marie stated that she had to move back to Scotland after the case and was forced into hiding for about two years.
