If you are a guardian account and live at the same primary residence as the student, your account has the rights to add Emergency Contacts.
Email Addresses: A Contact can have multiple email addresses listed. If a small icon appears at the right side of the email address, it means that this email address is being used as the login for a Genesis account. For example, it may be your email address and indicate that you have a Genesis login. Changing this email will change your login for your Parent Portal account. The students picture may be there, along with basic information such as homeroom, grade, guidance counselor, age and birthdate, and the students current location. The icons will bring up a printable version of the schedule in different formats. The Assignments panel shows how many assignments there are for each day. Click a number to see the assignments. If present, the Bus Routes panel lists the students morning and afternoon routes.
To pick a different student, click the Select Studentdrop down and choose the name of the student you want to select. Once you have done that, the tabs will take you to the newly selected students information.

The Manasquan School District's Employee Portal is an electronic interface that enables employees to manage their contact information, view attendance records, perform payroll functions (submit timesheets, view pay stubs), submit electronic forms, and participate in their evaluation process, among other features.
District employees who have a district login (typically contracted employees with a @manasquan.k12.nj.us email address) will login to the portal with their district active directory username and password. This is the same account that these employees use to access district computers, email, etc.
Electronic signatures are used in the employee portal to sign documents like timesheets, forms, etc. Employees need only actually set up their electronic signature once and will then use a PIN they set to apply that signature to documents.
Employee contact records can be found on the Contacts tab of the employee portal. Every employee has at least one contact record (themselves) and should have at least one emergency contact record.
The Manhasset Parent Portal (MPP) is a password protected gateway through which parents/guardians are able to view the following student data based upon student grade level.
All grade reporting documents will be published to the Manhasset Parent Portal electronically, unless a paper copy is requested. Manhasset will NOT display in the district drop down menu, because the district has already created accounts for parents and guardians. Parents are not required to go through the steps of creating an account.
