What is online enrollment in Manzano?

Online enrollment is used to re-enroll all currently enrolled Manzano Day School students for the next school year, as well as to enroll newly accepted students for the next school year.

What is mymanzano portal?

The myManzano portal is the same portal used for the admission process as well as current students' class information. If you need assistance logging in, please contact Brook Nickell, Director of Technology, at 505-243-6659 x425 or bnickell@manzanodayschool.org.

What to do if you notice an error in myManzano?

If you notice an error in the information displayed within the myManzano portal, please notify the Admission Office. There will be an opportunity over the summer to update profile information in preparation for the 2021-2022 school year, but we are happy to make corrections before then.

When are enrollment contracts due for 2021?

Enrollment contracts for returning students are due by March 1, 2021 . If you cannot meet this deadline, or if there are extenuating circumstances, please speak to Emily Villegas, Director of Admission and Financial Aid.

When will online enrollment be available for 2021?

Online enrollment will be available for current students in late January/early February 2021. Parents of newly accepted students will be able to complete the online enrollment contract shortly after their child is offered admission. Parents will receive an email notification when online enrollment is available.

Does Manzano Day School accept email?

Once the contract is submitted (along with payment), processed, and accepted by Manzano Day School, you will receive an email confirmation. A PDF of the contract will be available for reference on your child’s record within the myManzano portal.

Do parents sign the enrollment contract?

Yes, all parents who are responsible for signing must login and complete the enrollment contract. In most cases, both parents are designated signers. If there are special circumstances for your family, please contact the Admission Office.

Playdates are approximately one and a half hours and are scheduled after the application is submitted.

Admission Decision Notification for Early Applicant Pool (Pre-k & K) Families will be notified of admission decisions on or before this date via the myManzano portal.

January 6, 2022

Intent to Enroll Form and Deposit Deadline (Pre-k & K) If offered a space, families will be required to submit the Intent to Enroll form on myManzano on or before January 6. Along with the form, a non-refundable $500.00 enrollment deposit (credited towards the total annual tuition) is due to reserve a child’s space for the 2022-2023 school year.

Financial Aid Application Deadline Financial aid decisions will be made after admission decisions, usually in late March/early April. Late applications will be considered, but may result in a reduced award.

Admission Decision Notification for Applicants to 1st - 5th Grade Families will be notified of admission decisions on or before this date via the myManzano portal. If waitlisted, applicants will be notified of an opening as they become available. The contract process described above for the General Applicant Pool (Pre-k & K) will apply.
