Marietta City School District uses Infinite Campus as its student information system. Infinite Campus offers Campus Portal, which allows parents to actively monitor their student's progress at any time and anywhere. The portal displays features such as the grade book, behavior, attendance, and much more.
Marietta City Schools (MCS) is a Charter System that serves more than 8,900 students at eight elementary choice schools, one sixth grade academy, one middle school, and one high school.

Effective July 1, 2021, all children 16 years of age and older, who are entering the 11th grade, must have received one booster dose of the meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV4) unless their initial dose was administered on or after their 16th birthday.
Marietta City Schools (MCS) parents/guardians now have access to a new program to view their child's grades and attendance. Aspen, the new MCS student information system provides a parent support feature: Aspen Family Portal (AFP) that replaces i-Parent, the former grades and attendance program for parents.

Aspen is the new MCS student information system. Aspen provides a secure, web-based platform for school districts to manage all facets of student data to include grade reporting.
Parents new to the district will receive an email once their account has been created.

Students at Sawyer Road Elementary participate in the Accelerated Reader Program, which is designed to encourage students to read at the appropriate level.
Aspen Family Portal is a secure web-based information management system that is password-protected. Families can use the Aspen Family Portal to view student schedules, assignments and grades, as well as daily attendance records and family contact information.
Students in grades 3-8 will take the Georgia Milestones End of Grade Assessments (EOG).
