Do all families have a ParentVUE account? How do I get my Activation Key? All families of a current, or previously enrolled, student in Kyrene have a parent account. If your account has not been activated, a code is required. Contact your school's front office to obtain an activation key.

I logged in last year. What user name and password do I use this year? You use the same user name and password as you used last year. The system will automatically take you to this year's classes and grade book.

I received an Activation Key last year, but never used it. Can I use it now? No. Unused Activation Keys expire as a security measure. Parents who need an Activation Key should contact your school's front office.

Why does my student show as absent when they were at school but on a field trip? The system (in middle school only) will show your student as absent for the periods missed due to a field trip. However this does not affect your student's permanent attendance record for the day.
