How do I access my student’s information in Skyward?

For parents and guardians, this means that you will no longer use Progress Book and Parent Access to view your student’s information. Starting now, you will use the Skyward Family Access system. Further details and training materials can be found on the main OCPS webpage and then select Students and Parents from the top menu. Then click on Skyward.

Can skyward change my account information or Reset my Password?

Skyward does not have access to your account and is unable to change any of your personal information or settings. Q: How can I reset my password? A: Please contact the school or district office for assistance. Skyward does not have the ability to perform a password reset.

How do I get access to the family access portal?

Access to the information is intended to be a tool which will enable you to keep informed of your child's progress. Please contact your campus office staff if you are interested in receiving access to the Family Access system. A valid photo ID must be presented when requesting access to the Family Access portal.
