Can a parent or legal guardian visit my child in CCDF?

PARENT / GUARDIAN: Your caregiver must complete this information in its entirety. Your CCDF provider must allow unscheduled visits by a parent or legal guardian to their child care program during the hours the child care program is in operation.

How do I find a CCDF eligible provider?

Families must then choose a child care provider who meets CCDF provider eligibility standards. If you need help locating a CCDF eligible provider, contact your local Child Care Resource and Referral agency you may call 800-299-1627.
