At the MCCSC Family Welcome Center, we are creating an easy-to-navigate resource for families, schools, and community members. We welcome all families new to Bloomington, families who experience language barriers, seek technical assistance and families who may have limited access to resources.
Please contact help@mccsc.edu if you have any questions during the online registration process or ask us a question in the comments. Parents and guardians who do not complete this online registration will be prompted to complete the traditional paper registration.
MCCSC takes student privacy and online security very seriously. MCCSC student email accounts are restricted to emailing other MCCSC accounts and a select number of community organizations and entities in Bloomington. MCCSC C.A.R.E.S (Connect, Achieve, Respond, Engage, and Support) is a student engagement campaign. It supports our schools in getting students who may be having some difficulty with participating in online learning to more actively engage and participate in their learning. This partnership between the Curriculum and Instruction staff members and social workers will continue throughout the school year. Staff members are reaching out to families weekly to provide support, supplies, and assistance.
The MCCSC Equity Spotlight Award recognizes, student organizations, community partners, and faculty and staff members, for their commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment reflective of our Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
The student completes a 10 day isolation period at home. The student is seen by a medical provider and has a Return to School statement. The student shows proof of a current negative COVID test. For student illness reporting, please contact the MCCSC Call Center: (812) 349-4757.
The Indiana Certificate of Multilingual Proficiency is an award designated on a student’s transcript that shows that the student has attained a high level of proficiency, sufficient for meaningful use in college and a career in one or more languages in addition to English.
