How To Keep Our Students Safe on Social Media

A special presentation from the Organization for Social Media Safety will be offered to RCPS parents/guardians on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 from 6:00 - 7:30 pm in Radford High School's auditorium. The presentation is intended to help families better protect children in avoiding or safely responding to a multitude of online threats.

RCPS shall adopt a division-wide and three school-wide comprehensive plans (elementary, middle and high school) based on data collection and an analysis of the data in an effort to improve classroom instruction and student achievement. ACCREDITATION

Annual accreditation is waived for all Virginia public schools for the 2021-2022 school year due to the continuing impact of the of COVID-19 pandemic on schools and students.

POWERSCHOOL PARENT AND SECONDARY STUDENT PORTAL

This web-based, home-to-school communication tool gives parents of students in grades K-12 and students in grades 6-12 real-time access to student schedules, attendance, academic class grades, assessment information, teacher comments, Honor Roll achievements and school bulletins.

Creating a PowerSchool Parent Portal Account

Prior to creating an account, you must have the Access ID and Access Password for your child (ren). If you have more than one child you will need to obtain the Access ID and Access Password for each of them. Please contact your child's/children's school if you need assistance in obtaining the information.
