With return to on-premise option on March 15, 2021, there are scheduling circumstances that would permit the student to arrive on MHS campus and/or leave early on a regular basis with own transportation once the appropriate form (s) below are completed and submitted to the Attendance Office.
When an early dismissal is necessary, a parent must report to the main office for the student to be called down. Photo ID (driver’s license) is required to sign students out of school early.
Parents are requested to call or email any time prior to 8:30 a.m. on the day of their child’s absence. An answering machine has been provided for your convenience. In the email of the message, parents must include their name, their child’s name, grade, and the reason for absence.
