What if my enrollment plans for the next school year change after the deadline?

If your plans for next year change and you would like to modify your student's enrollment status, please contact the Admissions office by email or phone (704.882.3375 ext.7949) for availability.

How do I pay the annual registration fees?

The registration fees will be posted to your account in January of each year in four payments due by January 25, February 11, March 11 and April 13. Payments can be made online through Family Portal/ParentsWeb - Financial - Make a Payment or by sending payment marked "registration" to the Finance Office.

What if I would like to pay the registration fee in full?

Go online to Family Portal/ParentsWeb - Financial - Make a Payment, select "Other Amount" and enter payment for each of the four registration charges. You may also send full payment marked "registration" to the Finance Office.

What if I need to change student information such as medical, dentist, insurance, emergency contacts, pickups, etc.?

Please complete the Update Student Information webform in the Family Portal/ParentsWeb - School Information.

How do I apply for my other children?

Siblings of MCA students may apply in January our website (Admissons - Apply Online). Please do not submit an application for current MCA students including junior kindergarten (JK) students.
