Why do parents need to manage their sports engine?

Parents and athletes need to manage their SportsEngine accounts to ensure they get the most out of their MGA Volleyball experience during each sporting season. With their accounts properly configured, athletes and their families will receive communications according to their preferences and be able to complete registrations more efficiently. Can parents be at MGA practice?

Parents are welcome to be at practices but we do not encourage interaction during the practice; let them learn without looking over their shoulder to see what you think. Should MGA be transparent?

MGA should be transparent about fees, schedules and plans and communicate as often as possible about any changes.

Do coaches treat girls as their own?

Our coaches treat these girls as their own; they will always look out for them: they will handle any and all situations with officials, other teams, other players or parents. Parents will NOT disrespect the other team or officials (especially when they are players). Our club parents are never allowed to interact in a negative way with the other teams (coaches, players or other parents) or officials.
