While receiving care at MTFs which use MHS GENESIS, patients will no longer use RelayHealth and Tricare Online except for limited functions, such as requesting new providers. With the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal, patients will now be able to directly request appointments and view provider notes.
While patients may be able to log on to the Patient Portal and explore it during the weeks leading up to the transition to MHS GENESIS, the Patient Portal will not be active until September 7, 2019.
The MHS Parent Portal is an online tool. It lets you see your child’s class schedule, assignments and grades, and more. You’ll also be able to submit visitation forms and buy bus tickets through the portal. You can log in to your account from a desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone.

MHS GENESIS is the first Department of Defense-wide electronic health record to be used by all military treatment facilities. 1. You need to have accessed care at a site using MHS GENESIS. This can be as simple as filling a prescription at Naval Hospital Bremerton, having an appointment with your provider in the clinic, or visiting the Madigan Emergency Department.
