To add students to a new Parent Account you must obtain the following:Your child's M-DCPS Student ID.Parent 6-digit PIN number (To obtain a Pin you must visit your child's school.)Student's date of birth (DOB)Student's birth place: state or country.Student's zip code.
To obtain the PIN, parents must provide the school personnel a picture ID for verification. School verifies parental rights or guardianship. Parents fill out and sign the Parent Portal Identification form (FM-7052E 10-06). School files the completed form.

With a parent pin, authorized users only have access to make payments, payment history and balance on the student accounts. They do NOT have access to financial aid, grades, or other online student information.
If the student provides a social security number, the Student Number Identifier, Florida equals the social security number followed by an “X.” If a student does not provide a social security number, the school district should assign a number using the common method statewide.

Spring 2021 Standardized Testing: Ideally all Federal/State and District testing mandates would be waived, however, we also encourage support for Florida State Bill 886/House Bill 359 which waives the accountability associated with the testing mandates.

NMA is the current administrator of the overall Section 8 Program and will now also assume responsibility for the Inspections Department. This change will streamline the administration of the program with the goal of providing owners and tenants with increased customer service while maintaining regulatory compliance.
