How do I submit documents to MiB?

Customers of MIB may use this portal to submit application forms, supporting documentations and other documents as requested by the Bank. Please note that if your submission is incomplete, you maybe required to resubmit everything.

How do I retrieve my MiB account number?

If you require any assistance to retrieve your account number please send us an email to customercare@mib.com.mv email address registered at the bank or send an SMS to 7970202 from your mobile phone number registered at the Bank. Error Message!

Processing Low Value Personal Injury Claims

The Claims Portal is an online tool for securely processing low value personal injury (PI) claims that fall under certain Ministry of Justice Pre-Action Protocols. The MIB provides services to run and support the portal.

The swift, streamlined and secure electronic exchange of all relevant claim information and documentation between lawyers and insurers/compensators aims to reduce operational costs and agree outcomes promptly.

Providing MIB services

MIB provides service delivery and project management resources to oversee the day to day running of the Portal, ensuring that important service levels are met and maintained, and that appropriate levels of support are provided to the user community.
