MPS has launched a website which will serve as a repository for all information and resources related to the current school closure and remote learning. This website will be updated frequently for the duration of the school closure.
Free breakfast and lunch are available every weekday at Memorial Elementary School from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM and Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 5:00-6:00 pm. Enter the parking lot from Walnut Street and drive up to Grab-N-Go station near the Memorial Elementary School cafeteria.
Yesterday Governor Baker announced several COVID related restrictions would be lifted or loosened. Starting tomorrow in the Milford Public Schools students are no longer required to wear masks when outdoors. This will include recess time and outdoor Physical Education classes. Students are also able to share classroom materials with no restrictions. Beginning this afternoon, after approval by the MIAA, masks will no longer be required for athletic teams during outdoor practices and competitions. Additionally, spectators, coaches, staff and referees who are able to social distance are no longer required to wear masks either.
