Who can use the Penn State Health Portal?

A patient will use this portal, if you have been hospitalized at Hampden Medical Center, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center or St. Joseph Medical Center. Most patients who attend a Penn State Health Medical Group in Dauphin and Cumberland counties will use this portal. Please call your outpatient clinic to verify.

Who will use the MyChart portal?

Patients of Holy Spirit Medical Center, or any of their outpatient clinics, will use MyChart as their portal. View participating clinics. Patients who live in Berks County, and who have attended a Penn State Health outpatient clinic in this area, will use this portal.

What is the MHS parent portal?

The MHS Parent Portal is an online tool. It lets you see your child’s class schedule, assignments and grades, and more. You’ll also be able to submit visitation forms and buy bus tickets through the portal. You can log in to your account from a desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone.

What is MHS family relations?
