Minnesota students in grades 9–12 who are enrolled full-time in a public school are eligible to participate in part-time open enrollment with Minnesota Virtual Academy (MNVA). Part-time (supplemental) online learning allows students to remain enrolled in their current school district while taking up to 50 percent of their courses online through MNVA. MNVA enrolls part-time students at the beginning of each semester.
Students residing in Minnesota are eligible for enrollment. Please note that your kindergartener must be five years old by September 1 of the upcoming school year in order to enroll.
The Minnesota Department of Education Open Enrollment and/or Non-Resident Agreement forms will need to be completed as part of the Admissions process to ensure your student is approved for enrollment. Non-Resident Agreement Forms are required by some, but not all, Minnesota school districts. See the complete list of school districts that do not require Non-Residential Agreement forms as a condition of enrollment.
