How do I retrieve my MISTAR parentconnection login information?

Parents can retrieve their MISTAR ParentConnection login information by clicking the reminder link (Reset Your Password) at the ParentConnection login site and entering the email address that we have on file for you. A password reset will be immediately emailed to you.

How do I gain access to the parent portal?

To gain access to Parent Portal contact your child's school and provide your email address to the school secretaries. Your account will be auto generated when your email address is added to your student's contact information.

How do I get help with MISTAR?

If you need assistance or have any questions about MISTAR, please email student.services@pontiacschools.org or call the help line to leave a message at 248-451-7527. During the month of August, please complete the online Annual Registration Packet (in the red letters in the upper right of the screen).

Sign up for email notifications of student school news, attendance, assignments and report cards 1) Log into ParentConnection and click on the Email Notification tab in the Welcome bar 2) Select which email notifications you would like to receive and click Submit.
