What are the police officers at Clarion University?

The Clarion University Police Officers have full police authority, are Act 120 certified, attend regular update and specialized training, and they provide law enforcement and security services on all university-owned property, as well as Reinhard Villages, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. From their website you can get information about parking on campus, as well access the Clarion Area Transit schedule, and access the university's annual Safety, Security & Crime Statistics Report. Students can also register two cell phone numbers and two email addresses in the Eagle Alerts emergency notification system. This opt-in service is completely voluntary and is only used to notify the university community of emergency situations.

On Friday, December 10, 2021, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court affirmed the Order of the Commonwealth Court which vacated the Secretary of Health's Order stating students must wear masks in school buildings unless they had an exemption.
