How do I Register my child to the parent portal?

Check your email account for the confirmation key (numbers or letters) as you will need it only the first time you login to the Parent Portal. Log into the Parent Portal and enter the confirmation key. This completes the Parent Portal registration process.

How do I Change my Password in the parent portal?

Enter your Parent Portal User ID (email address) and the password that you previously created. The password should never be shared. All pages are personal and confidential. To open a new Parent Portal account

You will need an email account on record with your child's school. If you don't already have one, Gmail and Yahoo are some examples of free services.

Proxy Access

The assigned Proxy will be able to view student information such as mid-term grades; final grades; student class schedule; student account information; financial aid information.

Passphrase (FERPA)

FERPA rules apply and the Passphrase does not permit the Financial Aid Office to disclose FAFSA information to non-custodial parents. Students must sign a Financial Aid Release of Information for the non-custodial parent to speak with Financial Aid.

Students (the account manager) may authorize parent (s) and/or guardian access to view specific student information within their own portal. For Instructions: click here.
