POWERSCHOOL PARENT AND SECONDARY STUDENT PORTAL

This web-based, home-to-school communication tool gives parents of students in grades K-12 and students in grades 6-12 real-time access to student schedules, attendance, academic class grades, assessment information, teacher comments, Honor Roll achievements and school bulletins.

Creating a PowerSchool Parent Portal Account

Prior to creating an account, you must have the Access ID and Access Password for your child (ren). If you have more than one child you will need to obtain the Access ID and Access Password for each of them. Please contact your child's/children's school if you need assistance in obtaining the information.

Welcome to MyMontcalm, your MCC portal! Here you can log in and access information directly related to your individual needs. As a guest or non-logged in user, you are limited to what you can see in the portal. You obtain your login when you become an admitted student, faculty member or employee.

Does Montcalm Community College have texting?

Montcalm Community College is adding a much requested communication channel this fall with texting. The service will allow staff to communicate about appointments, deadlines and issues. Going forward we will be explicitly collecting text capable numbers and will be checking existing numbers on file to use for this purpose. Students can opt out of receiving texts from a department by responding with STOP or QUIT.

Can students use Office on iPhone?

Students can also access Office mobile applications on iPhones and Android phones. The software has the same features and functions as other versions of Office and can be used offline; however, students must connect to the Internet once every 30 days to verify they are still eligible for the program.
