How do I complete the Cajon Valley enrollment packet?

Cajon Valley Union School District is launching an online system for completing the yearly enrollment packet (e.g., emergency card, student health information, and district forms). Parents access the forms through the Parent Portal using their personal PIN and PASSWORD.

If you already have a Patient Portal account through Monongahela Valley Hospital, you are ready to begin! If you do not already have a my MVH record account, visit the Outpatient Registration Department in person at the hospital. Outpatient Registration is located on the first floor of the hospital, beyond the Concierge Desk.

For children ages 13-17, parents may have proxy access if the minor patient signs an authorization form. Once the child turns 18, your access to their my MVH record account is deactivated.

Can you copy and paste a password on MVH?

Yes. The my MVH record Portal passwords are encrypted and URLs are re-written so that they cannot be copied and pasted. Only you and those you designate can access your my MVH record Portal. Also, a timeout feature protects your information if you leave the Portal page open.
