Moreno Valley Unified School District Early Childhood Learning is currently enrolling for our no-cost preschool programs. The Early Childhood Learning Programs commonly known as the Head Start and State Preschool Programs are funded by federal and state funds. These programs serve children from low-income families. Students are given an opportunity to acquire social and academic readiness skills for successful transition into kindergarten. They participate in curriculum activities designed to promote the development of early literacy, numeracy, social and physical skills.
